The Shoma Story

Over thirty-five years, Shoma has created many residences across Miami and built a reputation as one of the most respected developers in South Florida. Most recently, the company became the first developer to unlock the potential of Doral, constructing one of the city’s first luxury communities – CityPlace Doral. The project, developed in collaboration with The Related Group, is a “city within a city” which includes luxury homes, apartments, offices, retail and entertainment.‍To date, Shoma Group and its affiliates have completed more than $6 billion of real estate transactions. Shoma Group is currently working on numerous projects throughout South Florida with several others on the horizon.
