Shoma Group is a South Florida real estate developer founded in 1988. Over 38 years the company has built more than 12,000 residences, commercial spaces and offices and developed over 6,000 acres across Miami-Dade county, earning a reputation as one of the region's most respected developers. Beginning in residential, Shoma has adapted continuously to the economic and geographic currents of South Florida. ‍As Miami has grown and changed, so has Shoma and its portfolio. The company became the first developer to unlock the potential of Doral, constructing one of the city's first luxury communities — CityPlace Doral. The project is a "city within a city" of luxury homes, apartments, offices, retail and entertainment.‍To date, Shoma Group and its affiliates have completed more than 65 developments representing over $6 billion in real estate transactions.
