    Responsibilities

    ● Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payment
    ● Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
    ● Process daily sales reports.
    ● Process banking transfers and analysis.
    ● Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
    ● Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation
    ● Collaborate with other departments, such as corporate accounting, human resources, and payroll management, to ensure accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions
    ● Assist with governmental accounting requirements, such as tax filings and compliance
    ● Provide support for general ledger accounting and financial reporting

    Skills

    ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    ● Proficient in using TOAST point of sales software, Quickbooks accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
    ● Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices- Excellent organizational and time management skills
    ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

    Experience

    ● Bachelor Degree Accounting and/or Finance
    ● 4 years in the field

    ● 8-hour shift

    Qualifications

    ● Proven social media marketing experience, at least 2+ years in the hospitality industry (Required)
